Our recent experience with Snowbird exceeded our expectations. Skylar did an excellent job determining the issues with our unit and explaining the pros and cons of repairing vs replacing it. Very patient with our questions and explained everything thoroughly. Angel, Devin and Matt did a great job installing the new unit. I have a history with H&C companies here in Lakeland. The history has been ridiculously horrible except for Snowbird. I have been cheated, lied to time after time, experienced shoddy workmanship, etc. It got to a point where all I asked for and begged for is someone, anyone who actually told the truth. Jeremy Gullett came out to perform service today. He was training an assistant, James. I noticed how patient he was with him in teaching. Gave very specific instructions and allowed him to work on his own. Daniel at Snowbird saved the day again! My ac was not cooling and it was 85 degrees in my house so I called Snowbird and they were here in no time and got my system up and running very quickly. They are always so professional and friendly. I've tried other companies in the past, but once I found Snowbird - I knew they were the best around. The people in the office are also helpful and friendly. In my view, this is a great company.

Had Snowbird come out on Jan. 22 to service a unit they installed and have been maintaining for 16 years. The technician recommended a new unit as the existing one, although working nicely, was getting 'long in the tooth'. Gave us several choices, and the new unit was installed the next day. Hats off to Angel and Devin and their crew who showed up on time and did an excellent job for us. We HIGHLY recommend Snowbird for any and all of your HVAC needs. Their service and pricing are better than most.

I have two AC units from this place. Got one in 2019. The second one today. Both times very easy dealings!! Bruce is the Man!! He came here and did not oversell us if anything I thought I needed more and he set us straight. The turnaround was four days from signing paperwork to installation. The guys were here the first day for nine hours! They wanted to keep working I sent them home. They were back the next day finished the job. Now the whole house is cool!! They walked me through the WiFi thermostat. Cleaned up everything!! I don't need another unit but I will keep them under contract for PM!!!!
