    Herve Dorvil did a nice job repairing my AC. Thank you for your service. The only issue I had particularly in the future is when you say your on your way it shouldn't take an hour and half to get there. A quick phone call could have prevented any question as to whether you were going to show since I was unable to talk to anyone at the company. Communication is everything.

    Mechanic was polite and friendly. I assumed more would have been included in the annual maintenance such as adding refrigerant and repairing leaks, or at least a meaningful discount on the work. Price was very disappointing.

    I recently had my home’s HVAC system serviced for its semi annual maintenance. The technician arrived on time, introduced himself, and took a few minutes to walk through what the service would. The entire job took a reasonable amount of time, the work area was left clean, and I received a clear written summary of the service performed plus a few practical maintenance tips for between visits. The main duct from the unit needed repair and a U/V light was installed to prevent mold formation. Pricing seemed a bit high even after a discount. And the unit still cannot maintain 76° on a hot day. Inside temps have frequently hit 84° Overall, this was a professional visit.
