    Snowbird did a great AC install. I couldn’t have asked for a nicer and more competent installer than Andrew. He is professional, polite, explained things he did in a way I understood and was so friendly and engaging. I am a 76 year old woman who is not that confident with new technology and was he was patient with me when learning the new system. He and RJ did a great job installing and cleaning up after the job was done. And thanks to Brandon for helping me connect my new thermostat to WiFi. I was making the same mistake every time I tried to connect and becoming so frustrated with it! Brandon figured out what I was doing wrong, solved the problem and left me feeling confident that I could now control and monitor the system from my home in NY. Thank you! You sent me great employees

    21 October 2026: Brock and Miles came out to our house to install four(4) additional duct in our house. They are very respectful and professional. They installed the ducts, explained everything they're doing, cleaned up, showed me pictures of their work, and made sure everything was working. Snowbird Heating and Cooling are very blessed to have Brock and Miles as part of their team. 31 August 2026: Andrew and Marcus came out to our house to fix a problem I was having issues with. They were very friendly, professional, and provided outstanding customer service. Bruce and Jennifer were also outstanding. They understood my situation and expedited the repair. 13 May 2025: I had my new A/C unit installed today by Snowbird Heating and Cooling. Devin Hall and his installation partner Reason Archer were very professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. Devin explained the whole installation process from the beginning to the end, showing me photos of the old unit and the new installed unit. Devin and Reason also cleaned up the job area before they left. Snowbird's Sales Rep, DJ was also very professional and made our financing go very smooth. I am very proud of the Snowbird's Team ( Bruce, DJ, Cary, Devin, and Reason) for making the process flawless. I highly recommend Snowbird heating and Cooling.

    The reme halo unit in my home went out unexpectedly, and it was discovered during annual maintenance. Snowbird got it replaced quickly, and it was covered under warranty. Special shoutout to Victor, the tech who came out, very professional.
