Brian from AC Plus Company did an amazing job! He showed up right on time and kept me updated throughout the entire appointment—from letting me know when he was on his way, to updating me when he picked up the part in Nashville and how long it would take him to return.
He worked in the heat without a single complaint and was incredibly knowledgeable about his work. He also took the time to explain the services and payment process in a way that was easy to understand.
I felt like he genuinely cared about doing the job correctly and efficiently. The repair was completed in a timely manner, and I couldn't be happier with the service.
