Had our yearly maintenance done on our HVAC unit today through Snowbird and the young man that they sent , Steven that worked on it was very kind and courteous he explained what he did to unit and how to help keep leaves out that were really jammed in unit. He explained some warranties that he felt would be good if anything would go wrong with unit as to save us costly repairs. He was very informative and just so polite and courteous I just can’t explaine how Happy we were with the service. P.S. he even slipped his shoes off to go look at the filter in the house, I didn’t have to ask. Not many repair men would do that!! I would highly recommend this young man to do your repairs with this company.
