Ian finished off our old AC, so we called Snowbird with whom we have dealt with since moving to Florida in 2012. Despite what I’m sure was an overwhelming request for service after the hurricane, they were at our home in a timely way. They have ALWAYS been knowledgeable about their product and courteous in their manner but this time they, Devin and Angel, went above and beyond. Because we had water under our home, the duct work needed to be postponed but the AC was functional. Today they returned to finish the job and although the water was gone, the ground was not dry. I know they encounter these conditions frequently but we were impressed with their attitudes. At times they even sounded like they were enjoying themselves. In short, thank you Devin and Angel and thank you also to the delightful young lady who answers the phone.
